Great Car Buying Experience
We headed out for the day figuring to visit four or five dealerships trying to narrow down the list of cars we were considering. Grayson Hyundai was our second stop of the day. We had called ahead and had a specific vehicle in mind, but when we got there another one on the lot caught our eye.

We test drove it and came away extremely impressed with the Tucson AWD SEL 2020. However, the price was more than the original vehicle and budget we had in mind. The sales staff worked with us for several hours trying to get us a payment that worked for us. There was a lot of flexibility due to the Memorial Day sales Hyundai was running, in addition to what the dealership could do.

However while they tried to meet our needs in every way they could, they were never pushy not did they seem in a hurry even though it took us a long while to decide. They gave my wife and I space to talk alone when needed.

We even shared personal stories with the salesman, Terran, while we waited on information, offer approvals, or questions to be answered by other staff. Mike was a tremendous help as well.

However, what sealed the deal was when the manager came in and accomplished two things. We got what our researched showed to be a great price on the vehicle AND he got our 17 year old son to promise to get a job to help pay for the expenses. The latter part was the best offer I ever received from dealership.
