always timely service (basic oil change and such) and good call back message. One pointer on the self-scheduling system: there is a way to block a day (or 12 hours) in front of an approaching date/time someone wants such that they don't just 'show up' unannounced. That is, my students cannot book a time with me less than 4 hours before the appointment they want. Saves everyone from a missed message.
