Adrian said the vehicle was 1 week late due to a miscommunication between him and the business, and a miscommunication between the business and the insurance company. He was told his vehicle might be ready on Friday and he would be called and informed. He called on Monday evening and was told the vehicle had been ready since Friday, but he was unable to pick it up before the business closed. He came by to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday and saw not all of the work had been done. The business did not paint the door handles after painting the doors because they had thought it was not covered. He had the business call the insurance company and the insurance company said to paint the handles to match. He said the tires had also been damaged in the crash. The rubber had worn off and the metal mesh underneath was showing. He said he had expected this business to help him fight with the insurance to make sure he was taken care of, but they seemed hesitant to. The business did not do this for him with the tires. The insurance company and this business said the damage was normal wear and tear and he ended up having to pay $400 for new tires out of pocket. This was the only negative part of his experience with this business.
