Honest treatment. Continuous respect from all staff.
We own two 2014 Azera & Santa Fe. Made mistake & purchase from Riverside dealership. Had to watch every move the sales person made. Then took for routine maintenance and they would always try to charge me when vehicle had extra warranty I purchased. Moved on to now driving from Moreno Valley to San Bernardino Hyundai. Got excellent treatment. Now Moreno Valley just open new location. We took both cars there with problem needing attention. Moreno Valley made excuse for problem but then wanted to charge me $179.00 to re-charge air conditioner on my car that had only 18,000 miles. WRONG!. Took both cars back to San Bernardino to assign "Service Advisor" John Paffenroth. Once again John took care of it and no charge for service. I have to say that i also drive a Mercedes Benz and the service we always get from San Bernardino Hyundai & Service Advisor John Paffenroth are Equal to high end dealership. Peter R

Great Customer Service!
I came in to have my big 30,000 mile service as well as have a recall looked at. They staff were all so friendly. They got all of the work completed on my car in a timely fashion and even washed and vacuumed it for me!

Great service 😀
When I bring my car in they always take care of what I need done. They are very friendly and try to get you out of there in a reasonable amount of time. There are times of when your car will be ready are pretty accurate as well. Their prices are not bad either.

Honored their guarantee
Our 2012 Sonata is a work horse. It has over 129,000 miles on it and has had few maintenance issues. It surprised me when suddenly the engine started stalling out when I would accelerate to over 40 MPH. We took it to the dealership and they determined that the issue was a recall that was warranty-covered, but technically only up to 120,000 miles! Hyundai honored the repair and paid for our rental car while a new engine was installed. We are Hyundai loyalists for life now!
