Service Manager - Chris M.
In my previous review there was an issue with the service rep concerning my vehicle warranty. Chris M, the Stoler Service Manager, solved the issue promptly and efficiently agreeing that the warranty covered my problem. Chris M was professional, calm and managed the disagreement effectively representing the Stoler brand. I appreciate and thank Chris M’s for his help.

Bad service!
They didn’t do a full tire rotation when I had payed for it and I had to go back for adjustments. Then I was given false information about the condition of my vehicle in an attempt to charge me for another service.

Dishonest service rep.
Be very careful about what services you allow the mechanics to provide as they will attempt to upcharge you and take advantage of your lack of knowledge.

Not a good experience
Reviews have been give by myself to your website, Facebook and corporate for this whole process in getting my engine repaired. 6-7 week process. Bad customer service. No need to expand on the dissatisfaction.

Don't wait for service
I will never make the mistake of waiting for an oil change again. Waited over 2 hours after asking twice and being told it would take an hour. Ended up being late for a meeting at work.

Greatly Disappointed
From my own experience, my car came back worse than when it went in, the customer service was terrible and parts were missing from my car on return. I am very disappointed in the service!

Very Poor Customer Service
This was the worst service I have had at this dealership in 4 years! There was some back and forth with corporate that needed to be done, but there was ZERO communication with me the customer! I called several times and the phone rang until I got a "this call can not be completed" message. I was hung up on by someone who answered the phone. I was left on hold for 2 minutes before I hung up. I did not receive a call that was promised to me by Mike, the manager. I went to the dealership in person because "they can't ignore me in person". I was given a round-about excuse about corporate being the hold-up (at 3:45 pm) - I was told by one of the advisors that the last communication from corporate was the evening prior - and within 45 minutes I got a call back saying that the replacement was approved.

While my car was being worked on, I never received any information about progress or time expected for it to be done. When I arrived to drop off the rental car and pick up my car, no one was available to talk with me about what was done or answer any of my questions.

My car is running great right now...I hope that lasts. I am not sure how I feel about Len Stolar at the moment and if I would return there for service in the future.
