The service advisers Steve Patzkowski and Dominick Pulgarin went above and beyond to fix my car and restore my faith in Hyundai. I went to my appointment at the dealership in Paramus and it was a nightmare after waiting 3 hours problem wasn’t fixed and I was told part needed to be ordered by the manager.I was rescheduled for follow up in 2021. I drove to Mahwah that same day ,with no appointment . They listened to my story, fixed the problem within an hour and offered a complimentary car wash as well. Terrible day was saved by the professional personnel at Mahwah.
