Betty said the repair took longer than she thought it would. This isn't the business' fault because it had to do with getting the parts in on time for the repair. The oil is still leaking out onto the ground under her vehicle though.

Noel said the staff is very good and seems to know what they're doing. They resolved issues other places couldn't for him. It wasn't the business' fault, but there was a lot of street work going on during this visit. They were pretty good about scheduling and getting back to him. He was referred to the place by his brother, who has taken multiple vehicles there. He stated they seem reliable, down to earth, and he trusts them to do the job and do what needs to be done.

James said he has been to this facility several times and they have always been very efficient and the staff friendly. Although he has been completely satisfied in the past, this time he took the vehicle in for several things and they overlooked one, so he will have to take the vehicle back and ask them to take another look at it. His vehicle has a duel horn system and one of the horns was working so he doesn't think they realized the other one was not. This is the first time there has even been a little hiccup with his service by this business.
