This is unfortunate. This fellow came in, acting extremely troubled, complaining that "everyone in this town is crazy, in Utah, the prices are half of here". We had not quoted him a price for any repairs. He was concerned that the steering on his Toyoata pickup felt different after his pickup "was rear ended by a motorhome". We agreed to check out the steering. Inspection found nothing wrong with the steering, and the only damage to the rear of the vehicle was a bent license plate. He then stated that he could replace the clutch himself, if his leg was not broken. We had not discussed or noticed any issues with the clutch on his pickup. We did not charge him for the inspection, he thanked us, and left.

Had noted "Check Engine" light remaining on and Marshall's was able to make an appointment within 48 hours of my call. Problem found was identical to one in 2013, and Marshall's made the repair free of charge due to the 3-year warranty offered. Moral of the story is pick your auto repair place like you would pick your doctor, stick with them, and good things will happen.

Need to do a few things more
I would love it if you would take it for a quick drive, then after you bring it back, restart it in about 15 minutes. I would know about the starting thing, and if the trannie, brakes and steering is ok. I have to make a decision as to sell it to my daughter, but don't want her to get a dud.

I would of rated it at 4.5 but there are no in between stars.
Had a great experience. The only thing that could of been better would of been to know that the other bearing was bad at the same time as the first one was diagnosed. I realize that with old vehicles its hard to do. Sometimes you have to be the bearer of more bad news and I also realize that is just part of the business. I have already recommended your business to friends many times over the past few years. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
