Brent said everything went pretty well, they didn't get it done as quickly as he wanted but it wasn't their fault. He would've liked it better if they let customers know prior to when the vehicle would be ready. It was a work vehicle that was worked on and he hoped it would be done that day, he made a few calls to them, but the vehicle was not done yet, by his fourth call. They said the vehicle had been done but no one had reached out to him yet to tell him. Overall he was pretty happy with the service.

Thank you for bringing the van in for diagnosis. We do appreciate that. With the different areas of concern the diagnosis/inspection took longer than anticipated. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
