Quick Service
To date, I have never had an issue with Modern Hyundai. On my last visit, I had a nail in my tire. I stopped in for a repair and to schedule my 45,000 mile service. The service department told me they could do the repair and the service while I waited. This was great because I wouldn't have to come back at another time to get the service done. They had everything done in under two hours. Quick service and a happy customer!

Were very accommodating
Went in for an oil change and a state inspection. Turned out that I needed much more work to pass the inspection. They arranged for a loaner and were able to complete the work in a timely fashion. Always friendly and helpful.

Review of recent service at Modern Hyundai of Concord
I had a trunk latch issue on my Sonata which prevented me from opening my trunk. I was traveling on business nearby the dealership in Concord and decided to swing by there to see if they could take a look at the car. I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of the attention that the service department gave to taking care of the problem without an appointment. The service department said they would correct it and replaced the latch in an hour. These folks are pros. Best I've dealt with! Thanks a lot for taking care of this problem so quickly!
