modern hyundai is the best dealership i've been too in nc.
Modern hyundai is a GREAT DEALERSHIP. The salespeople are great, and they don't forget you after the sale is made. The service people are just as good. I would recommend them to anyone. I have purchased 6 hyundai since 2008 and i enjoyed each one.

I arrived at my appointment time and was immediately met by a intake person who took my car to the maintenance bay to perform the required repairs. The maintenance was performed quickly and I was out of the dealership in a timely manner.

Needs improvement and less time waiting for service
I made an appointment and when I arrive prior to the appointment then an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation that did not take place should PD take no more than 45 minutes. I’ve been to other maintenance facilities with no appointment and walked out the n under an hour

I highly recommend Hyundai to purchase a vehicle, the maintenance reminders and service is just awesome! Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff and no long wait to have vehicle service. The facility is super clean especially the bathrooms. Just a great atmosphere!!!
