Going the extra mile
Mr. Bruce provided a superior guest experience; from the welcoming greeting, called to check to see if a part I needed was covered under my warranty (which it was), explain my service evaluation sheet so I better understood issues that need to be handled right away ( which we purchased the battery needed right there) and all the work was completed in no time as stated! I love the way Bruce and ALL the employees treat the guests at Hyundai so, why go anywhere else!!

Most dealerships do good work on the car, but what sets Modern Hyundai apart is the wonderful people!! They are helpful during the entire process..... from scheduling to final billing. The service was performed quickly and accurately. The service staff was very professional and courteous. Something new this trip was not having to go to the cashier to make payment.
