outstanding sales and service
the experience started when I began bringing our 14 Elantra in for routine maintenance and received service experience far above any other facility I have used in the past. Fast forward about two years and I ended up trading in the Elantra for a new 19 Kona Renan Sandalo and after an outstanding no pressure, enjoyable experience I came back about a month and a half later and bought a 19 Sante Fe... Superstars as far as i'm concerned

It took a while to get in for my service. The place was extremely busy. I guess that shows they are good. When I got in, I was informed there was a recall for my vehicle. They did what I came in for and did the recall while I was there. That was good because I didn't have to make another appointment to come back. The service department even washed my vehicle.

Unexpected check engine light
I had great service once I could get an appointment. The First Lady I spoke with was not very helpful. I decided to go online to make an appointment and had to cancel because I input information wrong on accident. When I went to redo my appointment it never got confirmed, however a different lady over the phone was very helpful! My service was great and staff was friendly.
