I have had only good experiences with Modern Hyundai of Concord's service department. I have only had it for oil changes and a recall update on the software. They are always courteous and friendly. They get you in and out pretty quick. This last time on 8/20/19 my service representative was Bruce Gross. Very nice gentleman!!

I would not take my car anywhere else. The Service is superb, efficient, and friendly. Even when I took my car in with a flat they extended the service to take care of everything I needed. Routine service plus warranty work that was coming due. They should teach customer service, it's outstanding. I plan to buy my next car there as well as continuing to get this car serviced there.
