"Great customer service"
Murdock Hyundai does a great job on my car each time I bring it in. The only reason I may not come back is my prepaid oil changes have expired and it's quite a drive from North Ogden

"Always do a great job"
Been going there for the last 6 years and have had no problems. They have never pressured me into have something fixed that didn't really need it. Have been told about it but then they leave the decision up to me.

"Best service ever!"
Mitch was my service rep and did an AMAZING job keeping me well informed about my vehicle repairs. He was kind, explained in detail all that needed to be done to fix my vehicle and even took pictures to show me what was done. Couldn't ask for better customer service. He deserves a FAT raise!! I'll be back to do my rear end wheel alignment for sure. Thanks Mitch!

I've been servicing my cars here since I was 16. They have always taken great care of me and my family when needed. I'd recommend Matt Fowles to any friend or family member regardless of what car they have to make sure they are treated properly and taken care of.

"Be clear with them on oil changes"
Don't assume that because the owner's manual clearly states to use synthetic oil that they are going to refill your car with synthetic oil. They won't even ask. You have to tell them specifically to use synthetic or they will fill it with conventional oil. They lost my trust. Not going back.

"The employees are attentive"
I was told the work would be done in 2 hours. Evidently another job took longer than anticipated, which delayed work on our car. I told the attendant at the time that we could pick it up the following day, which is what happened. In the meantime other issues were identified with the brakes which required my decision. I was unavailable to speak with the service department, so the additional work was further delayed. Had the work been ontime the previous day, the further delay would not have occurred. I did feel that the attendants were helpful to me.
