A scheduling mistake by Napleton didn't stop this customer service person from making me comfortable and remaining stress free due to their mistake.
Appreciated the entire experience from beginning to end. Attention to detail, knowledge and experience, personal touch and the greatest ability to keep me calm and moving forward when I found out there was a scheduling appointment mistake in the system. My appointment wasn't found in the system but I was treated as if it was. Class A Act all the way.

Awesome Service
This being our 10th Hyundai we owned we FINALLY switched to Napleton Northlake Hyundai about 6 months ago from west Palm Beach Hyundai. The last 6 months has been the BEST Service we recieved over the last 12 years from West Palm Beach Hyundai Service. Michael the Service Manager is amazing, honest, sincere and truly cares for the customers. I completely trust him and the suggestions he recommends for our vehicles. I know with Micheal the Service Manager and Robb the Service Director we will continue to receive GREAT Service all the time.

Oil change and gas rebate
All went as scheduled, one small item that was not readily knowledgeable on, was the Hyundai gas rebate, for over estimating Miles per gallon. I believe Hyundai has forgot as well. I have not received a check in over a year.

The service agent (Pablo) that helped me with my oil change was exceptional
The sole reason I will continue to return to this location for any and all services needed on the vehicle is due to the professional, friendly, and prompt service given by your representative Pablo.
This gentlemen not only changed my view on quality auto service but due to his transparency and hospitality through the process I am comfortable becoming a life long cutstomer and referring everyone I know to him. If a promotion to management is not already in place for this employee, for the near future, then it’s in the companys best interest to move him up as quickly as possible. If all your employees were as expectional as Pablo then I don’t see how any other company could stay in business competing with the customer service.
