I can't thank you enough for your patience and understanding while we sorted out the problem, and I'm glad our follow up inspection was able to discover it.  Rare as these instances are, we take a lot of pride in making sure things are addressed promptly.  Don't hesitate to call if there are any further concerns.  You know we will back up our work, whatever the cost.

You might want to consider the fact that we offer comprehensive inspections that can be used to help you understand and map out a more predictable repair budget custom tailored to your transportation needs.  We'd be happy to schedule this, and either myself or our service manager would be happy to provide more details.

Chad said he had an appointment with the business for Tuesday, but they did not get to his vehicle completed that day. He had to leave it overnight and he got it back on Wednesday, which was a little disappointing.

"Good quality work at a fair price."
You would a received 5 stars if truck had been completed on Thurs. Nov. 3 because I had to borrow a truck to pick up a load on Fri. Nov. 5. Other than that very satisfied.

"Everything is always great, except the driver side seat with 3 strips of the leather had something black -- looked like it was tried to be robbed off. With a little elbow work & leather cleaner, I think it came off.."

"2003 Mountaineer Wheel Bearings, Feb 10, 2016"
I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because Tom seemed so busy keeping up with customers and his business rhythms that he didn't have a lot of time to talk...I guess that's a Catch 22, however, since he gets the job done. In my case he was a day early. Great job guys!
