Communication needs to improve
Communication and manners by service staff needs to improve. You stand at the counter for 10 minutes before someone says anything to you while they type on the computer or talk to each other.

I felt pleased like I was heard
Ms. Holly in the service department spoke very pleasant and answered most of my questions that I asked. There are several test that has to be done to see what is going on with the vehicle. So for now I am pleased and waiting for my car to be running in great condition. Thank you
