I have have His and Hers Lotus cars, recently I visited service Center with two issues with the Elise.
The car was serviced, suspension component replaced due to wear, and car was cleaned better then have done at home. Summary - excellent service and communication, fair pricing that is something that resonates among other dealers in local area.
