Service is not as good as it use to be
purchased an extended maintenance plan that was told included the annual inspection and I asked is this the state inspection and was told yes. when I took it in for the oil change and inspection I was told it was not for the state inspection it was for a safety inspection. Everyone does that for free anyway. The first time I took the car in I came home to notice the tires were not rotated, took it back and the agreed it was not done. I had a lot of confidence in the quality of my cars maintenance there but since getting the issues corrected on my other car after 2 months it will more than likely not be back and the new car will only be there for the services i prepaid.
