Superb Service
Each and every of my experiences with Peninsula Hyundai has been excellent. Other businesses would do well to take note of their style, which treats a customer with friendly respect and superb service from the moment of the appointment phone call to the driving away, satisfied. If you choose to wait while your vehicle is being cared for, there is a comfortable waiting room: quiet, comfy chairs, daylight, fresh air, television, refreshments, pleasant employees and and out. On the occasions I have needed to wait, have noticed that other clients are relaxed and happy. The repair/maintenance itself has been all I could want; I feel that they care, and that I can rely on Peninsula to do the job and to do it right. They even wash my car! Peninsula's entire atmosphere and service is unlike anywhere else I've been, and I like it, a lot, and freely recommend them.

Seems like a good place
This was my first experience with the Service Department at Peninsula Hyundai, and my car is still new, so I haven't had much of a chance to evaluate their expertise, but the staff seems friendly and efficient, so I will continue to bring my car in for routine maintenance and any problems that might arise. I usually haven't depended on dealerships for service in the past, but I think I will now.

They are nice.
You can get a free car wash maybe. Hopefully they don't loose your paperwork, but if they do they will still try to help. They are very busy so plan on waiting at least 10 minutes. The guys at the front are polite and friendly. They can give you a ride to your house if needed and its not to late in the day. I did not meet anyone from the service department. I prefer if the mechanic goes over the report with me and visually shows me what to keep an eye on or things that are concerning. They didn't do this. I would probably go back because they know my car and they are polite.
