Margi said after this business serviced her vehicle she noticed one of her hub caps was missing. She asked them about it, and they told her there was no hub cap in the garage. She stated she thinks maybe they put it on wrong so it fell off on the way home, but there is no way to tell for sure.

EGR valve replacement
Truck runs great but it still has the engine light on with the same code plus another one or two for the EGR. Parts were very expensive from comparisons on line. Bottom line is the truck runs fine.

Great customer service very professional
Only three stars this time cause of spilled oil from the oil change.
They washed under my truck and I even took it to the car wash down the road but still have oil marks in the driveway.

Brought the Van back because the new struts I got weren't working right found out that they were defective had to have them replaced. When I came in to get the blood tester for my dad's diabetes I noticed the keys were still there in the ignition I asked Jess what was the deal and he said he couldn't figure out how to get them out . Then he told me that they worked on it and it was going to be around $72 and that my choice was to get a used steering column or new parts from Ford . I said I not paying and don't do anything . So no charge but I still can't get my key out of the ignition. This sucks
