Timing
I don't think ANYONE wants to wait an hour or more for an oil change . If it were a walk in then it's understandable, but by appointment it's just not good to have to wait that long.. Appointments are made so that it's at ones convinence it fits into personal schedules making things easier for every party involved.

EGR valve replacement
Truck runs great but it still has the engine light on with the same code plus another one or two for the EGR. Parts were very expensive from comparisons on line. Bottom line is the truck runs fine.

Great customer service very professional
Only three stars this time cause of spilled oil from the oil change.
They washed under my truck and I even took it to the car wash down the road but still have oil marks in the driveway.
