Nice and professional
I was referred to Precision Import by a friend. Fritz is very nice and profes sional. He will show you the bad part or parts and explains how the part works. I myself like this because it helps me learn more about the car and how everything functions. He doesn't throw any unexpected charge on you either. His son and daughter work for him, also real sweet. Thank you. : )

Ray said overall, he was decently happy with the visit. He was overcharged on one of the parts. He's looked at the invoice, and it's the rotors. The mark-up was a little expensive but overall, he's happy, and he plans on returning.

60,000 mile maintenance
Always friendly and the work is never in doubt.
My only gripe is that I get a monthly email with coupons for oil change or service specials but I always forget to show them my phone or print it out or whatever I am supposed to do with that and thus never get the discount. Especially this time of year right before Christmas and since the service with taxes was over $400 - ouch. But as far as their work and heads up on my vehicle I trust them 100%.

Curtis said they left a black grease mark on the vehicle and had an inspection as well but forgot to include it and so they wasted time on getting paperwork done. The employees did excellent work but it was just those two issues which stayed on his mind.
