The service was fine. Between text and email you have contacted me 8 times. Harassing me for a survey. I gave in to make it stop. Put me on your do not contact list. Don't need harassment for simply getting an oil change.

Service Visit
Professional, but friendly service personnel. Only issue I have is that I asked for the passenger side "warning" system be checked. I don't think it was done because it keeps happening. The car "wash" wasn't very good...looks like they just sprayed the car with a hose.

What Defines Safford Auto Service?
Beautiful, clean, comfortable waiting area. Impressive luxe feel when you pull your car into service area. Staff is insanely polite, helpful, and goes the extra mile to make a difference. Short waiting time indicates well booked service timing and adequate mechanic staff to complete projects.
We bought two brand new Hyundai vehicles at Safford in November 2017 and have been absolutely delighted with the quality and the great level of service of our vehicles ever since. Your staff, facilities, and workmanship have been impeccable. It's a pleasure to work with you!

Close to my home. Leasing my car was great back in January.
Brought my car in for the free oil change, had a 9:00 appointment but arrived early due to weather. Around 11:00 went to check on my car, it was done. I feel the girl had too much work for 1 person, it was a very busy day. She was so nice. I have only one bad experience there a long while back and again I guess the didn't have enough people but I understand that.

Good service. Came in for an oil change. Long wait time, but it was the end of the day so that's not a total surprise. Would have been a 5-star appt but they didn't wash the car like they're supposed to do for new cars purchased at their dealership. Other than that, the service was good.

Best service!
I have had only the nicest experience at Safford Hyundai. It is easy to make my service appointment online. The staff is very courteous and attentive, and my car was serviced on time. Sandra was exceptionally welcoming, and actually waived the fee for my first oil change on my new car, and threw in the inspection to boot! It was pouring rain and she made sure to go get the car herself and drive it into the service area so that I would not get wet. She made sure to review the next recommended services for my car, and at which times I should have them done, and checked my account to see which services I had signed up for. She also checked to see that I was comfortable in the waiting area, and that I knew how to reach her if I had questions. All in all, a very pleasant experience that made me feel like a valued customer. And I did not have to wait hours, I knew what to expect, and they delivered on time. Great service and a welcome change of pace from prior experiences at other shops.
