Responsive to Emergency Service
I was in Northern Virginia on business, in heavy traffic, and I noticed that the car seemed sluggish and SAS running a little rough. Pretty soon the Check Engine light came on. Fortunately, Safford SAS nearby. Although I had no appointment, they were able to fix my car and get me on my way, all within a reasonable time.

Service is excellent, friendly and responsive.

Returning tel. voicemails is something which needs improvement since I have had several occasions with 3 different service reps when no-one from service called me back the same day, and not even on the next day.

The finance team with Abby explained all of the financial matters with no problem.

You have gained a new customer because I will bring both of my Hyundai vehicles back for service. I am looking forward to the service coupons because now I own a Santa Fe Turbo and a Veloster Turbo.
