2018 Santa Fe Limited Ultimate 7500 mile service
When I arrived for my service appointment at 7:30 AM, no one was inside the service drop off corridor. I had to walk inside and ask the cashier where the technicians were (he was in the vicinity and on his way to the desk.) Details about my 7500 mile maintenance visit were explained and service rep coordinated a ride for me to the metro station with one of their drivers. No explanation on the back end when I picked up the car so I had to assume that all went well.

Think about another maintenance place
I just wanted to drop off my car for maintenance, and get a rental. I was there over four hours, going back and forth and being told by individuals that I couldn't rent the same size car as I drive. The only saving grace was dealing with Sandra. She was attentive, explained everything going on with my vechile, and gave her best effort. I am really appreciative.

Overall not great.
1. Car took longer than promised.
2. Their military discount was $15 on a bill of $1100.
3. I notified the service manager, no response.
4. They recommended services I really didn't need
5. Although I specifically told them to use my work number, they emailed and used my cell number to contact me. I can't check these at work.
