Transmission World was opened in 1974. Many people may remember the first location on Highway 97 across from the old Mountain View Mall. In 1998, Transmission World found a new home in the newly constructed shop located on Service Road. Scott Wyke bought Transmission World from its previous owner and blended it with his thriving General Transmission World was opened in 1974. RAM Transmission rebuild
Great all around customer service. Had a transmission start giving me trouble and SP diagnosed and gave me the bad news. Full rebuild on a 3/4 ton diesel is not a fun situation to be in, but they really did a phenomenal job helping me out. Showed me the guts of my transmission that failed, and how the rebuild would circumvent those common failure points so it wouldn’t happen again. Very professional, friendly, and experienced people working at SP, would definitely recommend them.
