records of previous visits are kept and can be referred back to
every visit there are notes which are reviewed with me but this is the first time that it was mentioned as to whether the items in the notes were addressed in this visit, thus I left knowing that the concerns have been attended to. I do question why I'm told the shocks & struts are original -- do they need replacing?
