Excellence in Every Respect!
From the moment I made the call, I was impressed. I needed my car service before Thursday and they accommodated me the next day. The customer service was exemplary. I was treated with respect and they explained everything I needed to know…all my questions were answered. I was shuttled home by Todd who was very kind and considerate. Once complete, they phoned to let me know I could be picked up now or the next day. The car was ready to go, and I received an itemized bill, which I very much appreciated… most of the time you have to ask for an itemized bill and lots of times it’s forgotten! when I got inside, my car even smelled better! There is not one single thing they could’ve done better. The customer service was superior!!!
