I needed to have my car towed to Spraggins because the alternator was bad, and complications of the alternator problem made the car unsafe to drive. I was provided all the needed information up front on the phone, so I knew what to expect when I got there. They got my car in for the repair before their quoted time, and the stayed within their quoted budget. They were helpful with answering my questions, and they provided rides between Spraggins and my area of residence in downtown Longview as needed. The Spraggins Auto Repair staff are friendly and helpful.
