Superlative Experience and Professional Customer Care
From my first phone call until I drove off with the modifications I came in for, I “NEVER” felt anything other than pure contentment. Sam’s knowledge was only superseded by his desire to make sure I felt thoroughly satisfied. From the very start he listened, he asked clarifying and probative questions to ensure that what they were doing to my 2026 RAM 2500 Power Wagon would accomplish the goals I had established for our needs. He never recommended something I didn’t need (other than joking with me that I could use bigger beefier tires) but yet made sure that I had considered other things I might not have thought about. He was polite, considerate and above all, the consummate professional. Our truck was treated with care and was delivered to us with pristine workmanship.
