Took
Booked on website for 15000 mile service a d was never told until I got there that it was 154 dollars and at for filter paid for tire rotation that I thought was free

I'm so sorry you had such an awful visit. Please allow me the opportunity to make this right. I'll look in to figuring out a way to fix this with Jason in the future. You have been an outstanding customer for the many years I have been here and cannot appoligize enough. I am going to request a rescore from you as this really hurts us as a dealership to have a score like this. I understand we deserve it. But I'm gonna ask anyways.
