Thanks for speaking with me today regarding the issue on your Accord. The technician states that he performed a complete cleaning to remove any debris and odor, however we are totaly prepared to go deeper into the vent system upon your request. Rodents are no fun!

We are currently working to correct any mechanical concerns in conjunction with Honda Motors. Yes, the transmission was replace before the vehicle was traded in. This repair happen while the vehicle was owned by another person and was coved entirely by Honda Motors under warranty. We will continue our mission to correct any correctable mechanical concerns using all means available.
