Rip OFF, and car still does not run- 2nd bad experience here!
I was referred to this company by a co worker unfortunately and the work was awful.. Not only did they brake the e-brake and not fix it while it was in their possession, we had to take the car back a 2nd time because it still had issues starting after we paid and picked it up. THEN, a few months later the same issues happening and we pay for $180 ( for spark plugs & some diagnostic tests ) and are told that it now runs- only to get it home and have it not run AGAIN, it won't even start up!!. I definitely wont be returning with any of my vehicles and suggest if you'd like a job done that is done fair and correct, AND where they don't damage your vehicle and not fix it while in their possession- go somewhere else.
Sorely disappointed in any company that takes advantage of the community like this, horrible business ethics to charge for a job not done correctly.

Chris said this business severely misdiagnosed his vehicle. He said they quoted him at almost $7000 to replace his engine and it turned out that an oil pressure gauge had been stuck. He was concerned about this error and how it would have cost him so much. They were not able to resolve his issue and for these reasons he would not recommend them. He does not plan on returning.

We ran tests with two different mechanical oil pressure gauges, totally removing your gauge, each mechanical gauge still indicated the oil pressure was too low.  We changed the oil weight, per our conversation, and that did not correct the problem.  You asked us what we thought, we contacted Toyota, and spoke to a tech, they told us to do what we had already done.  They then stated, based on the tests done, and results, that the main bearings could be bad.  We then contacted you and you told us to give you prices on what a new and used motor would be.  We gave you that information, and you stated you were going to get a second opinion.  IT IS CONFUSING TO US THAT THE ISSUE WAS YOUR OIL PRESSURE GAUGE BEING STUCK, AS WE RAN TESTS WITH TWO DIFFERENT GAUGES, THAT WERE WORKING FINE, AND THE OIL PRESSURE PROBLEM STILL EXISTED.  It is unfortunate that you never contacted us. Had you contacted us, we would have made good on this and refunded you the money you paid us, for the work we did.  Our desire is to be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

These people are the worst. They won't accept their responsibility for damages done. They costed me a new motor for my car. Not recommendable.
