Sheku said he got some information from the business which turned out not to be good. He would recommend them for small things, like an oil change, but not for any major work.

All tests done on our end suggested a blown head gasket, we reccomended pulling the heads and sending them out to be tested. You were present,  with the tech and owner as the test came up suggesting this problem.
We did all this for FREE, charging you nothing for the time we spent.

We are sorry you feel that way.  We did, as always, discuss the pice of this repair up front, before proceeding, so it was not a surprise to you. At the time of quote and approval, and again at the time of payment, you never indicated you had an issue with price.  Next time, please let us know, so we can explain and discuss the costs, and maybe get you to understand the pricing. That way we could avoid being hit with a poor review, for something out of the blue that was never brought to our attention.

Rob said he was not satisfied with his overall experience with the business. He went to pick up his vehicle after hours, and the business was supposed to put his key under the mat. The key was not there so he had to walk home and arrived at 9:00 pm. He said the vehicle runs great but he does not like their business practices. He will not recommend them due to this experience.
