I brought one of my vehicles to Piedmont on Thursday for a routine oil & filter change and tire rotat
ion. I told Kevin he could keep the vehicle until Saturday COB. The vehicle was ready Saturday morning. I have read some complaints online saying that Piedmont can take a long time to complete basic service. If you knew how many people choose to bring their vehicles to Piedmont over and over again, you would understand that Piedmont values quality over speed. If you want service done right each and every time, choose Piedmont.
