when I tried getting my car inspected in June, the place I took it to would not because they said I h
ad not driven it enough before bringing in and they me on failed emmissions. A few days later the check engine light came on. I took my car to Preferred and they quickly confirmed the issue and made the repair the same day at less than I was expecting to pay. I should have gone to them first!

This morning it was storming, I was soaked. My husband is in ICU at Methodist South and I needed a bo
ost (from leaving my lights on last night) On top of that I had a flat tire. Security at Methodist gave me a boost and recommended WS Haynes for my flat. In and out in no time Flat. Thank You for putting a sunny spot in the storm that I was having. Will be back for other services.

I have been using this shop for a few years, and have no doubts about their fairness, and integrity.
I scraped the underside of car as I have as trying to navigate thru pothole central in a trip to Clearlake.
They were very helpful in doing an inspection from the lift.
I was worried I had broke my exhaust system or worse.
Found it was just a lil scratch on underside of frame.
I can live with that, as well as car will live to see another trip.
Great team at Local Heros.
Thanks!

I had a problem starting my car; I didn’t know if it was the battery or the starter. After getting a
jump I went straight to Meadowbridge Auto. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon they got it into the shop. A short time later Rick called and said it was fixed. I was really impressed and pleased at the professional and quick service.
