2003 Silverado LT

Has provided great service over the years. Have added GPS Navigation radio, new leather seat covers, etc. Plan to drive this for another 10 year. Have 180 k miles. One problem is the heavy duty suspension makes for tough ride some times. Also the AC temp sensor is under the roof on the drivers side and in summer the fan has to be manually lower or it runs on high all the time.

Nice

Yes that is a real nice truck. I currently own a 2003 extended cab four wheel drive stepside which I do like. I'm not quite sure what the ss package is but I would like to have a white one and preferably stepside if possible.

2003 Silverado LT

Has provided reliable service for 180k miles. The brakes are still the original ones. Plan to drive it for another 100k and plan to keep it running well with the service and oil changes from Meads.

2003 Silverado

I have owned this vehicle since it was new. Overall very well satisfied. Vehicle has performed well well and has had few teal untimely or extraordinary issues. Currently just short of 180000 miles. We have replaced two water pumps and one alternator The leather seat cober on the drivers seat started to fail just after the three year point. Dissapointed a beteer design with heavier material was not used. Would buy again but pricing is beyond oir current ability to pay.

Chevy Strong

I have several other (much newer) vehicles including a GMC truck and none of them compare to my 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. This is the best truck ever!!! The Silverado was purchased used in 2007. At that time it had roughly 42,000 miles. Today, 14 years later the truck has 314,045 and is still going strong. In those 14 years, the only major repairs made to the truck have been 3 fuel pumps and just last year in 2016 a radiator. That is it!!! The truck has no rust, still looks good, 4WD drive works, has the original paint, seats, carpet, and still runs like a new one. This truck is a keeper!!!!

Love my Silverado!

This truck is still amazing. It is super comfortable, has the smoothest ride, and I honestly have never had any major problems with it ever in 13 years plus. It drives as nice as the day I got it because it has been well maintained. Everything still works perfectly, even the leather interior still looks great. It is a gem! Only drawback is it doesn't have built-in stereo bluetooth or a navigation system.

2003 Chevy Silverado

This has been an excellent vehicle except for two items. The injectors are hard-wired to fail at around every 40,000 miles-about a $2500.00 fun ticket each failure. Also, the duramax transmission has a spring that will (Surely) fail at about 150,000 miles, about another $1,000.

Chevrolet Silvarado 1500 HD Pickup Heavy Duty 1/2 Ton

For a used vehicle it had everything on it that I wanted for towing 24 1/2' camper. The pickup was set up for towing.

2003 Chevrolet Silverado

This is truly one of those vehicles you say "they don't make them like this anymore". It is now my secondary vehicle with 160,000 miles, but I plan to keep it for at least another 100,000 miles. It is the right size - not too big, but it can do the job. I kept it to haul my horse trailer with, and after buying some acreage, it is the work truck. I also drive it to work when its raining, as I don't feel as safe in my small car. It has no extra feature, but it is comfortable. It has the charcoal velour upholstery that they don't make anymore, but it is the longest lasting, never shows dirt upholstery, that is always comfortable. Not hot in the summer, but not cold in the winter. I have people come up to me wishing to purchase it, but I have no plans to get rid of this truck. It has had few repairs in the last 13 years, only the typical brakes, spark plugs, etc.

Great Truck!

My wife and I each have a Silverado. The 2003 has well over 200,000 miles and the 2007 has over 174,000 miles. Both have provide great service and decent economy. We are well pleased!
