2003 Chevrolet Silverado
This is truly one of those vehicles you say "they don't make them like this anymore". It is now my secondary vehicle with 160,000 miles, but I plan to keep it for at least another 100,000 miles. It is the right size - not too big, but it can do the job. I kept it to haul my horse trailer with, and after buying some acreage, it is the work truck. I also drive it to work when its raining, as I don't feel as safe in my small car. It has no extra feature, but it is comfortable. It has the charcoal velour upholstery that they don't make anymore, but it is the longest lasting, never shows dirt upholstery, that is always comfortable. Not hot in the summer, but not cold in the winter. I have people come up to me wishing to purchase it, but I have no plans to get rid of this truck. It has had few repairs in the last 13 years, only the typical brakes, spark plugs, etc.
