Love my G80

Genesis G80 is excellent for quality and amenities provided at a good price compared to other brands. Knowing that Genesis Co. is still going through "growing pains" just like any other brand trying to break into this market, I hope they are successful and get firmly established so that they can provide the level of service and recognition the brand deserves. Great product for the money, just need to fine-tune the service and obligations made to really be a total success!

Love my Genesis G80

I leased my G80 in July 2018 since I couldn't afford to do a right out purchase. The car has had no mechanical problems whatsoever and it rides very well. Cant wait to see the 2021!! One thing I have noticed is that it is a heavy car for the 3.8 engine. I would have loved to buy/lease the 5.0 but it was way out of my price range.

Amazing Value

My G80 Sport is an amazing car and an even more amazing value. It has the perfect combination of great looks, super performance and a comfortable, spacious interior. I love the free concierge valet service. My Genesis dealer is truly wonderful. They have gone out of there way to exceed my expectations and there service department is the best I have ever experienced

Love my 2018 G80-5.0 HTRAC

The 4 wheel drive is wonderful, I don't even notice it,but it is really helpful. The drive assist has save me several times when I was distracted. Love the tactile feel when drifting. This is the safest car I have ever driven, I am a better driver because of it.

The Best Car Out There!!!

I have been so amazed by Genesis's commitment to being the best. The quality of the car and styling is the best out there. From the first version of the Hyundai Genesis to the G80 this company has been making smart moves to keep me in the Genesis family for life. I look forward to my next Genesis new car experience.

Great car except for Air Conditioning

This is the fourth Genesis that I've owned. I love the car with the exception of the Air Conditioning. It works great around Atlanta, but it consistently stops working when the car is driven on a long trip. Genesis refuses to do anything about the problem because the can't replicate it when the car is in the shop. One dealership stated that they have seen several G80's with this problem, but Genesis will not admit that there is a problem since again, it cannot be replicated in their shop. One long term Genesis salesperson shared that he had the same problem with his G80 on a long distance trip, but Genesis will not correct the problem since it cannot be replicated.

Love my G80

This is a great car to own and drive. One little software defect right after purchase (had to do with the cruise control and was fixed immediately) but otherwise faultless.It's a great value compared to others in its class. My wife liked it so much that she bought the G70 a year later!

Great car for the money but dealers don't act ot treat you like a high end customer

Genesis has to decide if they are going to be a high end car company or still treat it like a Hyundai. We were told they would be opening their own building but to my knowledge this has not happened. There is not the feel of BMW or Mercedes dealership .

I love my car!

Yeah!!! Hands free driving (kind of). Just jam a grapefruit between the steering wheel and horn, set the cruise control and braking. Now you’re good to go. In all seriousness, this review is requiring 250 damn freaking (almost there) characters. Ha! Got it. Love my car!

Fantastic car

This is the 4th Genesis I've owned. I've owned both V8 and V6 models this V6 twin turbo is the best engine by far. There's nothing about the car that I dislike, well, with a minor reservation about the low profile tires. The state of the roads make these impractical and I have had to replace 4 tires through pot hole damage. I'm a race car instructor and you just don't need low profile tires on a road car. Other than that one small niggle, I wouldn't change anything else on the car, the styling, ride comfort, interior quality and performance are all exceptional and I've owned plenty of the premium German brands in the past.

Genesis

I have owned cars for the past sixty years, from the Rambler to the BMW and many in between. My experience with the Genesis has been fantastic. The Genesis has proven to be best car I have ever owned. The drivers controls are easy to access without taking your eyes off the road. The 3.8 engine gives you all the power you need and the style is super. All in all I highly recommend the Genesis and Coconut Creek Hyundai for your ext car.

G80 Genesis

Love the G80 Genesis. It is so comfortable and handles well. LOve all the safety features and ease of use. When looking for a new car, i put in the three highest needs in a search engine in order of importance to me, which were seat comfort, safety, safety devices like warning signals, backup screen, etc. It always came out as a top choice which is why we purchased it.

would have liked rear seatback to have been able to fold forward opening into the trunk for more versatile cargo capacity and adjustability of front drivers door which closes back too easily upon opening. Very sorry to see 2021 version going to 2.5 engine. Main reason I purchased my 2018 was quiet power of V6 engine and would not purchase a car with 4 cylinder engine, especially a luxury model like a Genesis.

Love the service department. I have owned over 50 cars in my lifetime and I have never experienced such outstanding service from a dealership. Evan and Cooper are outstanding. Every service tech and sales person were outstanding. Would recommend Dennis Hyundai to friends and family

Genesis 2018 G80

I've owned Mercedes vehicles for over 35 years, and my wife still has one. When the time came for a new one, I looked into the Genesis, and leased one, the G80. It far exceeded my expectations, and when my lease is up in 6 months, I'll likely get another one, as I like the Genesis more than any Mercedes I've ever owned.

For the cash, this is the best value on the road. I have looked at several cars, this is the car that stole my heart. I also love the guys at my dealership. top of the line in customer service. Stop your search. Do yourself a favor, test drive this ride, you will be happy you did.
