Good Service, but I do not believe fuel additive is needed at every oil change- that is overkill.

Many brands of cars don't come with a spare tire any more. They say it's a weight saving and therefore fuel economy improving feature. There should be a tire sealant and inflater kit in place of the spare.

"Excellent As Always"
I brought my 2016 Sonata Hybrid in for routine maintenance. The crew was very friendly and timely. Car returned to me in a reasonable timeframe. I had one small "issue" which was addressed immediately and resolved. It's nice to see a business that truly cares about the customer and will try "to make it right." I will continue to bring my car to Southtowne Hyundai for my services.

I had to drop off my car a day before my appointment due to work. I was told that my Oil Change will be done the next day. Two hours later I was called and they told me that my car was ready to be picked up.
