best value

luxury at a reasonable price. Genesis is the equivalent of Mercedes, Audi BMW and Lexus at a much lower cost. This is my third Genesis and each one has been been better than the one before. Having dealerships apart from Hyundai showcases the unique of Genesis.

Excellent vehicle - better than expected!

We traded our XT5 in on the G80 and never regretted the transaction! The Cadillac was most certainly a good car, but the G80 is simply better! we are planning on trading the G80 in on the new GV80 just as soon as they arrive and are available- we can’t wait!

My 2019 Genesis G80 Sport 3.3T

This is likely the last new car I will purchase consequently my wife and I agreed we would buy exactly the one car I wanted. I knew on checking the reputation of Hyundai produced vehicles and owning a "09 Azera that the quality would be there. After my test driving of several models that the Sport 3.3t was what I wanted.

Genesis G80

The G80 is a wonderful car to drive and maintain. Gas mileage for a luxury vehicle is very, very good. The ride is quiet and smooth as compared to other autos I have owned over the years. It is well built so that it does not have a lot of maintenance needed. The dealer (Allan Genesis) is great - both sales and service. The sound system is great - I am pleased with the quality and its ability to easily function for both the radio and via my cell phone. The AC works well too which in my area is needed. This is my second in a row G80 lease. Performance of the engine is fine as I do not need or want a sports car.

Superb

Our car is the finest car on the road. It is extremely comfortable. This car handles with great ease. It has many amenities, the car drives itself. The car color is regal. The interior is so excellent and the acceleration is upscale. Passengers who ride with us tell us that they love this car and ride. The Radio acoustics are fabulous (sound system). The ride is like floating on a cloud, the engine is quiet.

Great car

I have owned this car for a year now and I really love it. I chose the turbo model option because it gives you a much better acceleration and feel while diving. It is a very comfortable ride and long road trips go by without the usual discomforts. My only "complaint" would be that I have had some intermittent issues with connecting to Apple Car Play. Most of the time it works great but sometimes it glitches and disconnects/connects excessively. Also, I wish there was an option for lighter leather choice for turbo models. Black leather and interior is the only option Genesis offers, and in Florida, it can get toasty.

I wish I could give it 4.5

Great except a few minor issues that are probably unique with my car and the infotainment screens seemed old compared to other makes and models in the same year and price range. Other than that comfort, quality, and overall value was what made me buy this car.

Genesis G80 drive

I enjoy driving it. It drives great under all weather conditions. The interior is great too, all functions are easy to use. I took it for a 13 hour road trip in December and it was amazing. I wish it had rear passenger entertainment system for long drives.

Great vehicle, especially for the price

I love this car, and other than a few small things that I think could be done smarter, it really outshines its more expensive competition. For the things that it could improve, one of the two cup holders up front is too small, Apple Car Play can be flakey at times, and the sunroof shade won’t continue closing after turning the car off even if it’s started closing already. Other than that, it’s comfortable, performs outstanding (3.3 Sport), has a great feature set, is fun to drive, and looks great too. I get lots of compliments on it, and always enjoy my time behind the wheel.

Our Havana Red G80 3.3T Sport

This is definitely the best car we have ever owned...even better than the 2016 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 Ultimate that we had before this one. A beautiful overall design, made even better by the Sport styling, amazing performance from the 3.3 twin turbo and a very comfortable and quiet interior with all of the safety systems make this car hard to beat.

The Best Car period

I have owned Mercedes, Jaguar, and several other top line automobiles, but all three of my Genesis have been the best automobile that I have ever driven. Their style, comfort, handling, and drivability on the highway cannot be duplicated. In addition, I always feel very safe driving my G 80, as it handles so well and has all the power you might need under any driving condition. It is a very reliable car, I have never had to do anything but change the oil in the 3 G 80's that I have leased. For the dollar, nothing competes with the Genesis. In addition, the Genesis has the best warranty in the automobile industry. It is simply the best car on the market.

Wonderful Car

The Genesis is a beautiful car that is a pleasure to drive. Great interior look. It has so many of the latest safety features. Fantastic warranty. Wonderful fit and finish. I like having the option of Android Auto, as it gives me many useful features and excellent navigation from Waze and Google Maps,. Wish they had better service options in Manhattan. I do not think I can get the Service Valet in Manhattan, which would be nice.

Genesis Customer Service

The vehicle is average. The dealership is below average. The Genesis customer service is close to noon existent and borders on complacently. I can no longer recommend the vehicle to anyone. Once you buy or lease, them you find out how bad customer service is when you need it, you're already locked in. That's why I will never purchase another Genesis or Hyundai product

I am about to open a dispute involving your customer service. I have purchased 3 Genesis and 8 Sonatas over the past ten years and have told countless people of the quality of your vehicles. I will no longer be recommending your products primarily because of your customer service. Your appalling lack of customer service had wounded me very deeply after the loyalty I have s shown to your company and products. You have lost a vei good customer.
