So love the vehicle

See survey, its really too soon to offer more information. To date we are very happy with the genesis g80. Its quiet has a nice ride, looks sharp has great features and seems to be very Solid. The dealership was awesome and was very informative. Everyone who saw it loves the look. The only problem to date is a lack of dealerships in our area. The valet service is a great option but it would be more convenient if we had a closer dealership.

Excellent vehicle!

As a Genesis owner, I've owned 20218, 2022, and now a 2024 Genesis G80. There has always been a very high level of professionalism and customer service at the Santa Monica, California dealership, and I'm extremely satisfied with them. I would definitely recommend Genesis to my friends.

Fantastic vehicle with a lot of style and a few flaws

If you are buying this vehicle for the high end creature comforts and performance, you will not be sorry. If you are a technology fanatic, you may be disappointed. The Genesis Connected Services has not worked since purchasing. The Lexicon system is very disappointing. There is no low bass and is overpowered by tweeter volume. System has to be push to 60-70% of max volume to really hear the system. The car is extremely attractive. The matte paint is of excellent quality. Would purchase again if Genesis fixes the stereo system.

Very nice vehicle!

Genesis has done a great job in the overall design and features of the G80. If I could change anything about the buying experience, I would have loved it if ALL features were fully operational at the time of purchase as we had some issues with Genesis Connected Services not working. Also, regarding choices, I think a couple of additional wheel choices would have been great. Lastly, it appears my Sport Prestige did not include the head-sup display, which also would have been very good!
