2026 GV70 Advance Review

Bought the car at the end of December 2025. Every time I back out the garage, the brakes make an irritating squeaking noice. Initial acceleration when in drive seems a little rough.

This vehicle is first-rate. Have owned two Jaguar F Paces and a Audi Q5 S, the Genesis is superior in ride quality, technology, fit and finish, and overall comfort.

I feel so good in this vehicle!!

So glad we took the time research out next vehicle, because Genesis GV70 ranked number one in our choices. Not only does it have everyone we were looking for and in need of in our next vehicle, it gave us things we did not realize we needed and wanted. It is a smart, luxurious, elegant SUV.

Almost Perfect

The 2026 GV70 is a beautiful machine with one cosmetic flaw. The inner console does not have much room. The middle compartment blocks full accessibility to the open space. Other than that, it is a smooth ride with a fast pick up. Accessories are amazing. Body is sleek and luxurious.

Outstanding vehicle and experience

I've owned 8 Hyundai for my immediate family and 1 Kia in the last 10 years and been very happy with no problems. This is my first Genesis and I haven't been disappointed. The car is excellent build quality, great ride, and a wonderful experience in purchasing and service.

So far - very good car

Bought in January and no problems so far other then it is " smarter" than I am. LOL Lots to learn about electronically, so many ways to scroll, buttons to press and things to explore. Better weather means sitting in driveway with car running pressing and scrolling though things.

The GV70 is a great car with a smooth and quiet ride with lot of electronic features but lacks certain accoutrements the premium SUVs offer. The console, glove compartment and in door storage areas are small.

Love my GV70

Replaced my 2017 Mercedes GLE 350 with a 2026 GV70. The ride on the GV70 is as good as the Mercedes but the interior features are much more impressive.

2026 GV70

Overall well engineered. I would make two changes. (1) Change the material around the shifter knob to something that is more fingerprint friendly. The polished material shows the slightest bit of fingerprints, spots, etc. (2) As a result of the automobiles compact size, getting in and out of the backseat can be challenging. I would recommend more durable materials around the scuff plate area as disembarking scrapes the area pretty good as well as the bottom of the exit door. Stronger more durable materials that clean easy.
