Other than some bubbling of paint around the tail lights which a dealership in Naples Florida found and repaired, the car is great.

Almost Perfect

The 2026 GV70 is a beautiful machine with one cosmetic flaw. The inner console does not have much room. The middle compartment blocks full accessibility to the open space. Other than that, it is a smooth ride with a fast pick up. Accessories are amazing. Body is sleek and luxurious.

Outstanding vehicle and experience

I've owned 8 Hyundai for my immediate family and 1 Kia in the last 10 years and been very happy with no problems. This is my first Genesis and I haven't been disappointed. The car is excellent build quality, great ride, and a wonderful experience in purchasing and service.

So far - very good car

Bought in January and no problems so far other then it is " smarter" than I am. LOL Lots to learn about electronically, so many ways to scroll, buttons to press and things to explore. Better weather means sitting in driveway with car running pressing and scrolling though things.

GV70 3 month review

The GV70 is a great car with a smooth and quiet ride with lot of electronic features but lacks certain accoutrements the premium SUVs offer. The console, glove compartment and in door storage areas are small.

Love my GV70

Replaced my 2017 Mercedes GLE 350 with a 2026 GV70. The ride on the GV70 is as good as the Mercedes but the interior features are much more impressive.

2026 GV70

Overall well engineered. I would make two changes. (1) Change the material around the shifter knob to something that is more fingerprint friendly. The polished material shows the slightest bit of fingerprints, spots, etc. (2) As a result of the automobiles compact size, getting in and out of the backseat can be challenging. I would recommend more durable materials around the scuff plate area as disembarking scrapes the area pretty good as well as the bottom of the exit door. Stronger more durable materials that clean easy.

GV70 GT Sport

Genesis was getting such great reviews, I decided to check it out going from Audi Etron and prior a long, long time customer of the Lexus RX. I saved $10k on my downpayment (I didn't want go over $550 per month payment, it came in at $528 with 7k downpayment). Genesis had good lease terms, 12,000 miles compared to Lexus and others usually at 7,500 miles per month. Genesis has great safety features and creature comforts.
