Good not great so far

I like my GV80. I wish it was a little bigger and had a larger gas tank. One issue is a cracking and creaking that appears to come from the test spoiler/brake light assembly. Dealer has ordered parts to try and resolve this.

Great car - dealership experience is unacceptable

Safety features and cameras are wonderful. Twin turbos provide great passing speed. Unfortunately, our dealer has not kept promises relative to service and has failed to deliver at every opportunity. Never had a problem like this in 35 years of Lexus. Facility is beautiful but all form and no substance. Sad, because the product is excellent.

Genesis GV 80

Only getting 13 miles per gallon around town with the larger engine. Seat belt clip difficult to access for front seats. I don't like the circular gear shift or its position.

Great vehicle

Great car. This is a great luxury car. All the features you could want. My other two issues are 1) the blue booth to my phone is bad. I have to restart my phone 90% of the time to get text messaging to work and 2) the car alarm goes off frequently while sitting in my garage. Happens often times in the middle of the night. Doors locked and no one in the garage. Other than that I love this car.

Luxury meets performance and style, without breaking bank

GV80 is perfect vehicle, with luxurious interior, and excellent engine performance, is fun to drive. The ride is smooth and quiet with its high quality external noise suppression and superior shock absorption. Its driver assistance features are good, but not the best, which is understandable as autonomous driving is still in evolution. The exterior is beautifully crafted, without too overpowering. The built-in seat massager for driver is sweet for long road trips! And last but not the least... automatic door closure feature!! Its life saver when you have childern/elders with soft hands.. Even some prominent luxury brands dont have this feature. As for downsides, I can think of only one, which is surprising lack of auto unlock on side-back passenger doors, this is standard on other luxury brands. Though its not a deal breaker, but still a con on luxury vehicle. The other con of wired only Apple Airplay/Android Auto has recently been fixed by Genesys' new OTA software update. overall its style, power and luxury makes GV80 a high value for money vehicle, and you truly enjoy driving this beautiful SUV.
