Love the car but...

I have my gv80 for just over 2years. Things I love: style, power, comfort, and very smooth ride. Things I don't like : at first the service. Since then they sold Genesis to another company and they are very good. It seems the car and Genesis service need to get it together. My car says one thing the service dept says another. Electronics was a ugh issue at first. They replaced my entire info center (didn't have car for weeks) it finally worked properly but now they are going to have to replace again. I get a nice loaner but I have had many other vehicles and the Genesis by far has seen the service dept way more often. The company itself (factory) is extremely attentive to all issues. Genesis will be formidable competitor to most major car brands. But for now they are young and getting it together. No I will not get another Genesis when my lease is up next year.

This car is excellent!

We needed a car with seven seats. I checked the ratings online and learned that Genesis had the highest safety ratings and NOT the highest price. We went to the dealership in Kennesaw, GA because they had the largest inventory in the area. The GV80 was more comfortable than the BMW X5 that I had been driving. We really enjoy the luxury and features of our GV80. The salesman (Cameron) and the manager (Leo) treated us very well. Done deal!

Genesis GV80, Gertrude

This has been my favorite car ever! She is named after my grandmother Gertrude, who was comfortable and soft and always knew what was needed. She was tireless and worked hard for our family and a great cook. She personified "gemütlichkeit", comfort and connection .
