Great car

The kona is a fine all wheel drive vehicle that I enjoy driving. It could use skid plates to protect engine and transmission. Needs CD player even with the satellite radio. There is plenty of room. Power is good though fuel economy could be better.

I love it. I just have minor inconvinience when i try to increase speed at times. The gas per mile is great. It looks awsome and it is very easy to drive. Love the park assit and the wheel alinment. It is over all great

I like the car love the warranty from company and dealer no worries if car breaks down not happy with gas mileage have to fuel up way to often. Could use more interior room upgrade interior with better carpet and plastic

First time with a brand new car

I got this car Jan 2020. Since quarantine I have not driven it too often since working from home. Thus far I have no issues with this car. At the end of my lease I will most likely fiance the current year model of this same car. I would just get some of the extra like remote start.

I like the kona, it drives nice and gets good gas mileage. Interior is easy to keep clean. It has a great warranty. I would recommend this vehicle to others. I personally would like a bigger model. But I do like it othetwise.

Smaller than I thought, good running car, but going from a Tucson to the konami was quite an adjustment. I was sorry I did not buy another Tuscon, but I originally thought I wanted something smaller, but it takes getting used to.

Stylish vehicles with several good amenities. Fun to ride.

I enjoy the vehicle; however, the dealer sold me on a pre-paid Maintenance Plan, and just one week later, the company offered free maintenance with the purchase of a new vehicle; however, they would not give me any allowance. I have owned 4 Hyundai vehicles and feel that the company should have made an exception and offered me some allowance. I feel like I was cheated, mostly because they knew that this program was in the works for months before the offer was made. These kinds of offers are discussed at Dealer Council meetings well before they are approved. It may affect my future purchase because I've lost some trust in the brand. They could have offered me a couple years of free Telematics Services as a way to say they appreciate me as a multi-Hyundai vehicle owner.

Hyundai Kona 2020 AWD

I enjoy my Hyundai Kona 2020 AWD very much. I do wish that they would have put some kind of cushion on the armrest. It seems to lack some comfort that does not require too much effort to add. All in all it's a great little vehicle and I plan to keep it for a long time.

This is a great car with many good features. I like the mileage and the distance you can go on a tank of gas. Very dependable vehicle. The ride is a little rough but tolerable. The passenger seat cannot fully be adjusted.

Kona Cute Car!

Kona is a cute cross between a SUV and a car. The exterior is cute with a metallic paint. The design is awesome. The inside displays are easy to use. Intergration with my car and phone was very easy. It was easy to integrate with Siris XM. The ride is somewhat noisy and bumpy. The trunk is small. I sometimes have to place my groceries In my back seat area. The fuel economy is great! The price of the Kona is great!

Cute little car

The Kona is a nice little SUV. My Kona has all the bells and whistles you could ask for and that makes it a nice car and fun to drive. The turbo engine is great. Get up and go when the need arises.

Fun and frugal

Most fun vehicle I've had since my HONDA CRX. I have the 1.6t AWD. I consistently get 30+mpg. It's been great in the snow. You just have to use common sense. It does have weak points. Road noise is quite noticeable and interior plastics are easily marked up. The biggest to me is the DCT transmission. It tends to give overheat warnings in stop and go traffic. You have to adjust your driving style. It needs to be driven a lot like a standard trans. Make this adjustment and you will be rewarded with very good performance.

ANNOYING: Inexplicable false alarms, 20 times in past 9 months

TITLE: Annoying inexplicable false alarms (20 times in past 9 months) Something very odd about alarms in this car. Either a design flaw or a failure in the electronics of the Kona I own. BACKGROUND As expected, when I park at home (having shut off the engine) if I open the drivers door and if any of the below faults ** exist, then an alarm will sound. AND THAT IS EXACTLY AS I SHOULD BE. *(into Park, turning off the headlights, having the trunk door and the other 3 doors closed) PROBLEM: But a couple times a month on an average, I've parked the car, done all the right things (in Park, Headlites off, other 3 doors and rear hatch closed), still, I get an alarm when I open the drivers door. Only way to solve it is to: close my door, restart the car and turn it off again. Then I can open the door w/o an alarm sounding. Love my Kona

I have had my Kona for a year and have been extremely happy with it. We have taken it on two road trips and all 4 of us were very comfortable. For the size of the car the storage is good. I enjoy all the little luxuries that were affordable in the Kona. Very happy with my experience and at this point would happily buy another Hyundai.

Almost perfect

Reliable car, gas consumption is ok, plenty of room for the two dogs in the back, stylish interior and exterior. Good size; not too big, not too small. Bright color makes it safer on the road. Love the car. Will buy another one.

I generally love my Kona. I love the size and look of the car, it’s perfect for me. Easy to drive and park. It doesn’t have a lot of pickup getting on the highway but I don’t do a lot of highway driving so not much of an issue for me.
