Kona

The Kona is an easy driving car and is moderately spacious. The AC works great. The sound system is good but could be better. The car rides relatively well but could use some improvement. The touch screen and buttons are easy to navigate. I like that the interior is black.

Awesome Vehicle

The looks are awesome !!! Very comfortable and has pretty good ride height.The extra bells and whistles are reasonably priced.Heated mirrors and rear cross traffic sensors are great.Having AWD will be a real price.The cargo area could be a little more spacious and I think the MPG could be a little better.The transmission shifting could be better,but overall I'm very happy with this car.

Hyundai Kona 2021 off the showroom floor

The Hyundai Kona 2021 is a very nice car. It drives well and the safety features are awesome. I do wish there was more trunk space and a little more leg-room in the rear seats. I would have liked it to have a charger in the back. Overall it’s a nice compact vehicle. I enjoy riding/driving it.

We love the safety features and the great Hyundai warranty package.. The 2021 Kona SEL has a comfortable ride, gets good gas mileage, has good styling and is a good value for the money. We were impressed by the professionalism of the sales associates at the dealership who made this buying experience enjoyable for us.

Awesome Vehicle...but...

The vehicle is extremely comfortable and drives great. The only actual issues I have are that the headlights aren't LED (and they're not great halogens) and they expect you to pay $10/month for the remote start that's already installed. Honestly, that's a slap in the face when most car manufacturers offer this as a free service, but Hyundai decides it's a way to milk more money from buyers, it's extremely anti-consumer and everyone should be complaining about this.

vehicle fine dealer communication after sale getting car registered very very poor took many weeks with no returned calls from dealer once sale done. DEALER DID NOT RETURN MANY CALLS ABOUT GETTING CAR REGISTERED OVER MANY WEEKS NO RETURN CALLS UNTIL AFTER BAD COMPANY REVIEW

Sweet little ride

It is only FWD so great on gas, turns on a dime. Reliability was important to me, and Consumer Reports gave it excellent ratings. The dealership agreed to communicate EVERYTHING ahead of time about the price/options/taxes/fees/documentation/test drive. EVERYTHING was communicated via email, they did not try to get me down there and give me the "hard sell" and I really liked that...many, many, many dealerships simply would not communicate every detail about pricing via email, I guess it leaves them room to "expand" the price.

Hyundai Kona 2021, great small suv.

Great car/small suv! Drives like a dream and I love all the safety features! Handles great, the heads up display is great. I like my speedometer to be digital and heads up does that for me. Navigation is accurate thus far, sound system is great! Front seats are roomy. Back seats and storage fall a little short of room.

Kona SEL Plus is awesome

My Kona SEL plus is an awesome vehicle. I would compare the electronics package favorably to ANY brand on the market today, and as a driver for a large car rental company for the past 8 years I do know what I am talking about! The comfort and ride quality is fantastic, and for this class of vehicle right up on the top of the list. As a person who “test drove” many different vehicles over the past 8 years, I didn’t hesitate to pick the Hyundai brand and the Kona model as my choice for my new vehicle. And with the industry’s best warranty on my side it will give me several years of top performance.

kona was the one

test drove many but this was the most comfortable in feel and price. Dealership made it easy to get into, rebates were important. Have had Hyundai in past and have gone back to with recent purchase. Best warranty in the market and priced right.

High quality at low cost

This car is a great value for the money. For a small car it has great balance, and it is super quiet on the road. Power train is good, but initially hesitant when accelerating. All and all, it is a very good car, much better than similar cars of similar size.

Hyundai Kona

Love it. Smaller than my Tuscan but I still enjoy it. Only thing I miss- CD player! Very comfortable and I like the style. The turbo engine is nice starting off at the lights. MIleage so far has been 30mpg around town. Can't wait to take it on a trip.

2021 Kona

It is a very good vehicle for its type. I was imagining a small SUV to be stiff while driving which this Kona is very responsive and smooth. The interior looks more like a four door vehicle which is also appealing to me. Lastly, I love the front look and the vey nice wheels.

Very Good but not Great

I actually enjoy this vehicle. Nice ride, very comfortable inside. Only 2 complaints - issues with vehicle acceleration, appears to slightly jerk when you give it gas to speed up. Feels like its in a different gear then it catches up. Also the trunk space is really not as big as I expected. I think a regular trunk fits more and doesn't roll around like this one does. Again didn't expect that. I really miss a regular trunk, hopefully when I have to let the seats down for extra space it will all be worth it.

Love it

I didn't think I would want a Hyundai, but I fell in love with the Kona. I traded in my 4 door car for the SUV because I needed the ground clearance and a bit more space for my Bullmastiff. She loves it too and she doesn't just get into any vehicle.

this is the second Kona I used, first one is 2018 Kona Ultimate, really liked the Head-up display and navigation with big display. However would like a 3D map ! Driver alert would be wonderful if it can employ a 360 angle display. Shark fin antenna shall be available to all trim, I think. For lower trim, the dash display should use number to display driving speed instead of the historic odometer. Driver should be able to login and learn all features of the vehicle online through a training video. May be drivers can login Hyundai's website and able to 'chat' with a AI to acquaint all features.

Huge bang for the buck. Loaded with features

Vehicle is loaded with features and amazing warranty and is an incredible bang for the buck. Integration between vehicle and phone is very good. Biggest complaint is the poorly programmed blind spot detection system and has very low power when first accelerating.

GREAT VALUE FOR THE DRIVE

Our Hyundai Kona SEL Plus turned out to be worth the dollars we paid. Other than how easily the hood dinged and superficially scratched from road or weather the vehicle is very stylish and comfortable to drive. One other downfall is the lack of trunk space for long term travel when more than 2 traveling. Seats easily drop down for extra storage when only 2 of travel.

Really enjoy how the ultimate, turbo trim rides smoothly, the infotainment system is great & responsive, love the styling. Good gas mileage, not loud road noise, sleek design. Back seat is comfortable.
