Great SUV

Really nice SUV with lots of features and gets pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable to ride in and handles very well on the road. The heated and cooled seats are a wonderful feature which we use on a regular basis.

I don't Love It

It's an ok vehicle. Lots of space.. easy to drive, except in the winter, it sucks. And gas mileage leaves a lot to be desired. My 2002 Dodge Intrepid got better gas mileage. So it's ok, might look into trading it..

love it!

Absolutely love this vehicle! Not too big, not too small. It has all the features I wanted plus more. Heated and cooled seats, power everything, sun/moonroof that goes all the way to the back seat. Heat/AC front and back, great sound system, bluetooth with satellite radio, GPS built in, Back up cameras, side and assist both by sound and notification on your mirror. This car is very, very comfortable to ride in and it really matters to me because I have a very bad back. Even though I bought it used, I haven't rregretted it for a second.

Stay Away from Hyundai Santa Fe

I had a complete engine failure occur just before Christmas. It took three weeks for Hyundai to admit it was part of the recall issues they have had with engines seizing up and failing. I was without a vehicle that entire wait. To replace the engine would have been a $9,000 expense and I haven't even paid off this vehicle yet. Finally was contacted by customer care. I was then provided a rental while they waited for the new engine to be shipped and installed. I got a call that it was "ready" while on a business trip. I came to pick it up the morning after I got back - was told they might be charging me for added rental days since I didn't fly back home to get it. Not happy - I got my car though and started to leave but noticed the check engine light was on. I pulled back into service and they reset the system and said they had probably just forgotten to do so when they replaced the engine. I left - 5 miles down the road the light is on again. I called and told them I was heading back. They got me right in and checked and found the O2 sensor was bad - ancillary damage from the engine failure. Corporate did not authorize them to fix "ancillary" issues though so it would be at least 48 hours to get the part in and about $700 to fix it - I was beyond upset at this point. I called my customer care person and the machine picked up saying they were not available and to leave a message - Then the same machine said "sorry that message box is full". Tried the operator and every other number I could and they were all full. Called their national call center and the staff said - you were assigned a customer representative you need to contact that person - REALLY! They have written the book on how to become the most horrible car brand on earth.

Santa Fe

There are two things I dislike, 1 The rear camera is too small 2 The steering is too sensitive . Comfort is good. The size could be smaller for me but my husband likes it. He does n't like the sensitive steering either

Hyundai is the best SUV .To me it is my .It as been my 4 th one even have one in Canada. When I am ready it sure will be another one. Good services at all time. I really tell all my friends about this SUV that it is the best on the market and also best services as well. Easy to see as they are so many on the road. Hyundai is the best.

Almost perfect

This vehicle is literally everything I wanted and more. The ONLY drawback is the 2.0t engine. It performs great but gets AWFUL mileage. I average about 15mpg in the city with Eco mode on. Averaging 12-13mpg in the winter with lots of stop and go. HOWEVER, the other aspects and features of this car are so great I put up with the mileage. I have a 2014 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD with technology package and panoramic moon roof.

Santa fe

I have a 2014 not a brand new but still important to who owns one. Only issue is that it had a recall on didn’t know it until car was failing on me I have two kids to watch for and the value for the car to having an engine change already it’s an issue if that is the case the cars should not be valued so high if there is a chance of a problem appearing on a short time of purshase regarding of if it’s brand new or not.

I love my Santa Fe

This has been one of the best vehicles that I have own. It is peppy and has not givin me a bit of trouble. Two items that I think could be better are the seat belts. They do not retact completly and that is a royal pain. The tailgate my wife has problems with opening. She does not have complete strength to push the lever.

Santa Fe reliability...

I love everything about my Santa Fe. I have the SUV that I always wanted, and I sit higher up and have plenty of space. My 2014 turbo sport also has a better kick than any car I have previously owned and can pass another car in an instant. The turbo really is amazing! So if you want the best of both worlds, this is your car!

Still runs reliably every day with 105,000 miles on it.

Never had an issue with the car. It runs 100% reliably ever day and it is very comfortable to drive which is important as i have a 45 minute commute each day. A high quality car you can keep for a long time!

Great car.

My 2014 Hyundai Sante Fe has been a great car. Almost 85000 miles trouble free. Versatility extraordinaire. Use it for animal rescue and transport with the fold down back seats. Can't see myself driving any other car.

First time gas mileage.

This vehicle after the service fill up tha gas and drove from Oxford,Alabama to Pell City got for 35.4 m.p.g. Then again on way back home I'll get 36.7 m.p.g. on freeway @ 65 m.p.h. got home average 35.2 m.p.g. in city to home.

A lot of vehicle for the money

Great value for the money. Many feature for the money. For our vehicle, there are so many features that anyone would be very happy to have including heated and cooled seats to reclining rear seats. The panoramic moon roof is great for kids on a long rood trip. The warranty is one of the best in the industry. To date, we have had our Santa Fe for 5 years and have not any maintenance issues other then routine ones.

Just love the car, no problems and will buy again. No complaints. Best car ever, and perfect for my life style. From the first step I took into the Dealership, I knew this is were I want to buy a Car, and they found the perfect one for me. This car holds up well

This car holds upwell and believe me when I tell you we are very hard on this car city driving is hard on this car we have put all kind of stuff in the back of this thing and it done well .it is a good ride it is comfortable so far the body hold up well it a little slow getting off the ramps in the city but on the highway this car love the it holds it own great on gas on the highway so so in the city tho did go to NC on a full tank and back on a full tank so far it has a great reliability so I would think about buying an new one when this one start to go thinking I would go with 6 cl next time
