Santa Fe Sport Utimate Turbo

Happy with the vehicle, some issues with the interior design. Holes in the carpet under both front seats that allow items to fall into that create cabin noises. Back seats lack adult leg room, not comfortable for long trips.

My Santa Fe

Very reliable car with great gas mileage. It does have some creaks and rattles. Drivers seat is uncomfortable on long drives. Overall very happy with this car.

This is a great vehicle to drive but the depreciation of the price of this vehicle sucks wanted to buy a 2017 they wanted over ten thousand dollars for a trade in my vehicle has sixty six hundred miles on it .

Generally vehicle is comfortable and dependable. If the items I mentioned were improved we would lease/buy another one. We've owned Hyundai Santa Fes for 15 years and have recommended friends to its advantages and performance exceptations and seen many of them purchase them also

Santa Fe

I have owned a Hyundai since 2000. Mostly Santa Fe but an Elantra for a short time as well. Each year has shown improvements. They are reliable, drive well, look good & economical to own. Have recommended to several friends & they have been satisfied as well.

I love my car

Overall I really love my car. I had a Hyundai Santa Fe for 12 years and bought another one because it was such a reliable car. This new Santa Fe however, doesn't seem to ride as smooth in the back of the car as my old one. I also had an issue with the automatic roll up on a window- it would roll all the way up and then roll back down an inch or two and the latch on the glove box would not hold all the time, so I would be driving and the glove box would pop open. These are more issues in the first year with my car than I had in the first 10 years with my old Santa Fe. I sure hope that these aren't signs that the quality is declining at Hyundai.

Great vehicle. We have found that the air is sometimes not sufficient. We have had it checked, but it does not get very cold and even the seat which are vented do not cool like they used too. Other than that have found a few human engineering that we wish for. We have listed these recently in another survey you're engineers requested. There seems to be a lot of points that retain water at the car wash and require a lot of extra wipe down after the wash and then still run down and spot the surface. We are proud of our car and this is embarrassing because of the water spots around and even behind the doors. This also may lead to body problems if moisture is getting behind the door edges. There should be a quick guide to the controls. It is very difficult to find each control manual especially when I do not have a list so that I know what to ask about. The rear seats go down when a lever is pushed, but the heavy seat must be lifted back manually. The drink holder in the rear looks like it might be broken unless the seat is in one certain position. It would be nice to be able to see behind without being in reverse. The window controls on driver arm rest are easy triggered while exiting the car. We did not know be had opened the rear passenger window until someone else mentioned it. We thought it was broken at first, but then realized what we think was happening. We had a Tuscon before and had a cargo net. We thought that we could use it in this car and have not figured it out yet. I am not sure how or even if we are turning on the heated mirrors. I realize that the manual covers many different configuration of the Sante Fe, but it is difficult to use and often hard to find information. The info often is too generic.

My Santa Fe Sport is better then yours

My Santa Fe Sport is better than yours, that's what I say when ever I spot another Santa Fe. This is my first small SUV, and I adore it. With that rear view camera at my side, I've been parking like a pro. AND parallel parking has never been easier! The interior is easy to clean, I have a 14 month old, and she's definitely tested the durability of the interior. I love the shades in the back, it keeps the sun out of my baby's face, and when she wants to look out the window, I can pull them down. So great.

Pretty pleased except for one thing

I've driven my 2015 Santa Fe Sport for about a year and I am pleased with everything about the vehicle except the programming of the stereo unit. Whoever programmed this must still be living in the early age of computers. For example, the usb drive returns to the same songs at the beginning of the usb drive every time you start the car even if you have it in shuffle mode. You get so sick and frustrated with this feature that you don't want to use it. If it was turned off on mid play it will continue to finish the song when restarted but then go back to the original order. The car i traded in had better programming than this. In addition the my music feature where you are able to download about 1GB of music directly to the car also has problems. You can't load 1 GB of music on a usb and download it in total. It has to be copied song by song on an individual basis. It's extremely inefficient and frustrating. I am a big music fan so this really bothers me. It's to the point where i would not purchase this vehicle again in the future. They need to recall these vehicles and fix these things but they won't.

Better quality

Really like the ride. Am not impressed with the intermittent displays and cruise control that quits. Dealer service unable to get codes that don't set. I am sure there are test that would work if factory would care to share them. Intermittent doors stick and can't get out. Has good.power and good mileage per gallon. So far enjoying the ride.
