Garbage
This car has under 3500 miles on it and has broken down twice. The same exact issue. Hyundai Roadside assistance is a joke. The first time it took over 3 hours to get a tow truck. The second time they said I could leave the keys under the mat and go to work and they never even put in for a tow. I called again after seeing my car on the side of the road as I took an Uber home and no apologies were made, she actually made it sound like it was my fault because I had never gotten a confirmation text that I wasn’t even told to expect. I had talked to an AGENT for over 15 minutes and she said she would send a tow truck so silly me for expecting that to occur. I specifically asked them to email me from the service department both times as I was out of the country and phone calls are very expensive. So of course they ignored that request and called me both times. The first time when I picked up the car and they told me what the issue was I questioned them because it did not make sense to me, however they assure me that was the issue. The car broke down the second time within 3 miles of driving it. I called them and instead of immediately helping me, they gave me the number to their terrible roadside assistance again. I have had many different brands of cars over the years, but Hyundai and Mazda take the cake for terrible customer service. I am going to eat about $10k to trade this lemon in on a different brand of car. It makes me sick to lose that kind of money but lesson learned. I will never purchase a Hyundai again. It’s not like they cost so much less than other vehicles. This car was over $37,000 put the door. Don’t let this happen to you.
